The home of our Forest School
At Red Balloon we truly believe in the benefits of outdoor exploration and learning. Children start to attend Forest School at the age of 3 and their Forest School experience intensifies in Pre-school.
We use our Red Balloon minibus to transport children to Painshill Park for their weekly Forest School sessions. Painshill Park boasts a wonderful natural outdoor environment and the children are able to access a diverse range of resources and learning opportunities.
Forest School is an inspirational process, that offers all little learners regular opportunities to achieve and develop confidence and self-esteem through hands-on learning experiences in a natural environment with trees.
Forest School is a specialised learning approach that sits within and complements the wider context of outdoor and woodland education.
